This is sharp. The knowledge re-solve ratio is what grabbed me, where we're independently solving the same problem 10-20 times over. I've seen this firsthand where consultants essentially launder solutions between clients who can't talk to each other. The contractor example is especially brutal since he's sitting on half a billion in savings but can't say anthing without torpedoing his livelihood.
